Electronic Arts To Acquire PopCap Games, Deal Could Rise To $1.3B
Electronic Arts has announced that it will acquire PopCap Games for $750 million in cash and stock. EA will pay $650 million in cash and $100 million in shares of common stock for PopCap, with a multi-year earn-out agreement in place as part of the deal.
